Cancellation and Refund Policy of the Company
We may have to decline or cancel an order occasionally, so please be aware of this possibility. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without being held liable for any finance costs or interest on the amount. Your order may be cancelled due to a variety of factors, including incorrect or insufficient pricing information, technological or technical difficulties, or credit/debit fraud.
Customer Refunds and Cancellations
Any item that has been delivered to the customer in perfect condition with no defects or flaws is not returnable.
Returns will be accepted only if a product was delivered wrongly or has a genuine quality or manufacturing issue that is reported to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. If such a fault is discovered, we are willing to offer a full refund or to fulfil your order again in exchange for the product's return. Our customer service representatives will investigate and react within 48 working hours. Refunds will be completed within 14 working days of the date the returned items were received, if applicable.
Cancellation of an order by a customer is only permitted up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. You will not be able to cancel a specific portion of your order. To make the transaction easier, we recommend cancelling the entire order and repurchasing the required quantity. If you cancel your order before your items are sent, we will refund your entire payment, less any applicable charges. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent but before you receive the item, you must pay the two-way shipping fees. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee/bank transaction fee of up to 3% of the entire order amount. All refunds will be issued within 14 working days of the date of cancellation.
No refunds will be issued if the buyer gives an erroneous or incomplete shipping address, our shipping agency makes two unsuccessful delivery attempts, and/or the recipient refuses to accept the products.
